  • Can we get the members list?

    There are approx 1300 members. (growing at a very fast pace) You can view the list on the screen. Due to privacy policy we cannot share the list and company profiles. Signup and browse the members and thier products. 

  • Whether mobile app is available to access the application?

    Mobile App is coming soon. We will potentially launch it in Sept 2025

  • Can we get daily price updates?

    At presents Price list is showing in the magazine only (monthly basis). We are working on an interface to showcase you current prices of chemicals.

  • Daily alerts (Turn around and Force Major)

    We will send daily alerts once our mobile app is launched. The daily alerts will be regarding company profile viewed, company products viewed and any leads you get for your products or company.

  • When is eMagazine published in the portal

    It is published every 15th or 16th of the month and sent via WhatsApp, Email and Online Web Portal and Mobile App (Coming Soon)

  • How many products display in search engine?

    As many products are available for matching search. The SEO is done along with Product Descriptor. Once the products are listed on our portal it takes about 3-4 weeks to appear in any search engine (specially Google)

  • What is Activity Reports and Frequency?

    Activity reports option is avalable to Paid Members only who sign up for Leads Platform. This report indicates the number of views for a particular products along with the members and users who viewed it. It also has Profile views where it indicated which user of a particular Member viewed your company profile. The report is visible online via the web interface. It will soon be available to download once your products get more than 20 hits from different members who might be interested in your products and/or company.

  • What are e-mail marketing campaigns?

    All new member who become paid members, we offer them a email marketing campaing listing thier company and product details and send it to all our members (paid and unpaid members both). This helps in reaching out to the outside world and if there are any interests they can click on your member profile or product details page and connect with you directly. We do 3-4 email marketing for your company profile and products in a year once you are a paid member.

  • Which are the handles (social media) and what are the frequency.

    All social media which includes Facebook, LinkdIn, X and WhatsApp. We post every update regarding a new member join in or a new article or anything that we have in from our members or news articles.

  • What is member locations?

    These locations are usually the office and warehouse locations where the chemical products or technoligies are stored for shipping to customers. This helps the customer identify the distance before sending you an enquiry so that he can estimate the logistics costs before reaching out. It also helps him estimate the delivery timeline, if he goes with your company to purchase anything.

  • Do you show banner ads for events on the homepage?

    Yes, we showcase event banners prominently on the homepage to maximize visibility.

  • Can I choose to share buy enquiries only with manufacturers or as per my preference?

    Yes, you have full control. We provide a checkbox option to select your target audience — Manufacturers, Distributors, Traders, or all — when broadcasting buy enquiries.

  • Are there any limitations on receiving leads or posting buy enquiries on the system?

    No, there are no limitations. You can post as many buy enquiries and receive as many leads as you like through the system.
