Whether it's an Open Buy Enquiry or a direct enquiry from the Enquiry Cart, suppliers can now reply quickly and directly through the platform. This response system is built right into chemicalmarket.net, so all communication stays organized and professional - no need to switch between emails, phone calls, or WhatsApp messages. It’s all in one place, streamlined for efficiency.

Real-Time Notifications with SignalR

We’ve also adopted SignalR, a modern real- time messaging technology. What does this mean for you? As soon as a new Open Buy Enquiry is posted, all relevant suppliers  receive an instant notification - just like getting a WhatsApp alert or app notification.
